Nikki joined Compass Financial Group in 2022, bringing with her seven years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a barrister specialising in town planning. Her background in professional services has equipped her with strong organisational, communication and client service skills.

Often the first point of contact for clients, Nikki plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. She coordinates appointments, prepares review reports, manages service agreements and assists with client enquiries.

Nikki is also expanding her technical expertise and is actively involved in implementing advice, working closely with the team to deliver a seamless and personalised experience for clients.

Away from the office, Nikki enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, catching up with friends, and making the most of family life.
